BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE FIRST RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ISSUED

On May 25, 2016 a regular meeting of Project participants was held in Kraljevo. Meeting was attended by Mr. Grzegorz Krzewski, CEB Country Manager, Mr. Luis Mezzano, IPF3 representative, and Mr. Djordje Mojović, Technical Assistance Leader, as well as by Mr. Dejan Trifunović, State Secretary from the Ministry of construction, transport and infrastructure, Mr. Igor Jakšić, Acting Director of Republic Housing Agency, Ms. Dragana Ratković from the Ministry of Finance and Mr. Tomislav Ilić, Mayor of the City of Kraljevo.

Participants were informed that the Department of Urban Planning, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the City of Kraljevo has issued a building permit for the first residential building of 103 residential units on May 25, 2016. Hence, by this one very important precondition for the public procurement of a contractor has been fulfilled.

In addition to many topics and issues important for the Project implementation that have been discussed at the meeting, it was noted that preliminary agreements on the exchange are not yet signed by 56 beneficiaries and that those need to be signed by the mid-July in order to ensure smooth continuation of the Project.
