PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND RATIONALE

The Project is aimed at securing adequate living space for households whose dwellings were damaged by the earthquake and improving the overall socio-economic situation in the settlement.

New buildings will be constructed according to all the contemporary design, anti-seismic, energy- efficiency, accessibility and space-use regulations and norms, which will provide households with more spacious, safer, better-equipped and more comfortable apartments.

Project implementation will significantly increase the market value of fomeowners’ property, not only due to the quality of their new apartments, but also due to the increased value of the location based on landscape works and infrastructure construction.
