SECOND MEETING WITH FINAL BENEFICIARIES’ REPRESENTATIVES
The meeting with presidents of Buildings’ Assemblies was held on May 11, 2015 in which the Executive Committee consisting all 17 Presidents of Buildings’ Assemblies was verified, and also was performed voting for and election of Coordinating Committee consisting of 5 members.
Representatives of the Project Implementation Unit introduced the Executive Board to planned schedule of public meetings with each building’s residents to be held in the period from 18 to 27 of May, and invited beneficiaries to participate.
The Executive Committee was informed about the establishment of seven teams consisting of authorized/ licensed architects or civil engineers which will be referred to the location and start official measuring of usage areas of existing apartments, in parallel with public meetings.
