MEETING WITH FLAT OWNERS AND CO-OWNERS OF II PHASE RELOCATION

On January 29, 2016 a joint meeting with owners and co-owners of existing flats planned for Phase II relocation was held in the hall 1 of the City of Kraljevo Municipality building. They were handed catalogues of new apartments and introduced with the procedure of selection and distribution of apartments and signing of preliminary agreements on the exchange, as well as the deadlines of the implementation. The Phase II includes relocation of 81 apartments.

Selection and distribution of apartments within the buildings’ assemblies have been completed from January 29 until February 02, 2016 and, on February 03, 2016 17 unassigned apartments were distributed by a lottery.
